At EKA Design Room, we explore how AI-generated animation can work together with professional motion graphics and post-production workflows.

For this project, AI was used to generate parts of the animation and visual motion, while our team handled the retouching, compositing, pacing, and final visual refinement to turn fragmented generations into a cohesive final piece.

This hybrid workflow allows us to move faster creatively while still maintaining the production quality required for commercial and branded content.

Combining AI Animation with Professional Post-Production

AI tools can generate interesting motion and unexpected visual ideas, but raw AI output often comes with inconsistencies, artifacts, unstable motion, and disconnected visual styles.

For this project, we used AI-generated animation as a foundation, then rebuilt and refined the visuals through:

The Creative Workflow
Behind the Project

Visual Direction & Style Development

Before generating animation, we first established the overall mood, pacing, and visual language to ensure the final content remained consistent and aligned with the creative direction.

AI Animation Generation

AI tools were used to generate selected animated visual elements and motion explorations. This stage allowed us to rapidly test visual possibilities and create dynamic graphic movement.

2. Cleanup Retouching Polishing

AI-generated visuals often contain flickering, unstable details, or inconsistent compositions. Each scene was carefully retouched and refined to improve continuity and visual quality.

Compositing

Motion Integration

Different generated elements were reconstructed and composited together into a unified visual sequence. Motion timing, transitions, and visual rhythm were adjusted manually during post-production.

4. Final Finishing & Delivery

The final stage focused on color consistency, pacing refinement, visual balancing, and preparing the content for social media and digital presentation.
